Identical to street_light.mdl but comes as two models that must be 
assembled in the choreography. To simulate a large area "soft" light source like this 
I cheated and built the shading of the post into its materials using
gradient ambient values. The frosted glass and post are one model that is set to 
cast no shadows so you can put the bulb light inside the envelope. 
The base is a separate model that does cast shadows and is actually illuminated by
the light shining through the post. Both parts should have identical 
x,y,z coords. in the choreography.
