The map is pretty primitive right now. I'm releasing it free for anyone to use or modify as needed, with the request that you let me know if you do anything cool with it. If you make any cool improvements, definitely send them my way, and I'll incorporate them into the next release.
The map is currently contained in one model file. Each state has its own group. The states have been outlined in peaked control points and filled. I've done my best to avoid wonky patches, but there may still be some; I haven't done many test renders yet.
The missing rotoscope can be downloaded here. Rename it "NAmerica.tga" and drop it into the proper folder, and it should appear just fine.
I spent the evening doing this because I figured it could be a Useful Sort of Thing, with complete Pooh capitals. So please do make use of it.
