Modeling the head.
 | |
Extrude out a couple times, form the ridge of the jawline.
|
 | |
Gonna disconnect this spline here.
|
 | |
And reattach it to the jawline.
Added a CP in the cheekbone area to help shape.
|
 | |
Filling in more holes.
|
 | |
Connected the nose to the eye socket splines.
Gonna delete the left half of the face.
|
 | |
Mirror the face. Tweak CPs so that it looks good, many times when working with one-half
of a model the face narrows to a point, you can't tell if it does that until
you mirror. If it happens, smooth it out.
|
 | |
Create a new spline for the brow.
|
 | |
Connect the spline to the face mesh.
|
 | |
Import a sphere, scale it to the size and shape of a skull.
|
 | |
Cut out a large chunk and attach it to the face.
|
 | |
Now select the lower CPs which make up the neck area. Hide the rest of the model.
|
 | |
Create a new, smoother spline and place it inside and below the old one. Connect the two.
|
 | |
It's just like the torso splines we created earlier. Clean up any messy areas.
|
 | |
Extrude the neck down.
|
 | |
There ya go!
|
 | |
Delete a few points from the top of the body.
|
 | |
Attach the head to the body.
|
 | |
The final stretch!
