Modeling the arm.

Now for the arms.

Select the spline ring in the shoulder area. If you did a lot of spline-wrangling when building the torso and this ring is no longer continuous you should really try and make it that way otherwise you'll get some nasty results.

Extrude it out.

Select the extruded points, scale them down in X to 0 so they're straight.

Extrude out a couple more times.

I'm deleting the end point of one spline I was using to define muscle. This will create a hole but we'll get back to it later.

Dont break the spline tho, just delete the point.

Extrude out to form the rest of the arm, here I created 3 rings for the elbow. Use as many rings as you feel necessary.

Scale/Move points to make it look more like an arm.

Turn on your bias handles and pull them to help define your muscles even more.

Push the top of the bicep muscles in towards the elbows. We're gonna fill that hole now, just add a new spline to it and work it across the top of the arm.

Swing it all the way around back to the shoulder and end it with a hook. 5-pt patch any remaining holes.

To give the forearm a little more definition I'm going to add a spline along the white line.

End the new spline with some hooks. Then shift the points around til you think the arm looks "right".

I've neglected this arm in the top view and it looks pretty bad, need to fix that ;)
