Selects CPs using a specified selection pattern.

Zelect lets you specify a selection pattern.
You can specify the Pattern length using the Pattern Size input. The minimum length is 2, the maximum is 16.
The Pattern input will let you access as many buttons as you specified in Pattern Size.
A pressed button means that the CP at this place will be selected.

Select CPs, then right - click them, and select Plug-ins > Wizards > Zelect.
Specify your selection pattern, hit OK.
The pattern will be applied to the whole spline the CP belongs to, but starting at the CP you selected.

Tip: you can use Zelect to select a whole spline, by just pressing all active pattern buttons. A:M can select a whole spline too (with Edit > Complete Spline [,]), but Zelect can do it for multiple splines at once.

Tip: selecting 2 CPs from the same spline will apply the selection pattern twice. The first time starting from the first CP, the second time from the other.

The simplest and most needed application of Zelect is to select every other cp. This can be used to create a star shape.

Close A:M.
Unzip, copy the zelect.hxt to your A:M HXT plugin folder (like C:\Program Files\Hash Inc\V10\hxt)
Run A:M.

Use this plugin at your own risk, i did not have any kind of problem while using it, but its always a good idea to save often. especially before using a plugin.

To make the plugin work, you will need a registration key for Conform. See the Conform page on ow to get one.
